Abstract

|
Developing a simple and combinient experimtal model is a very important task for slaving the problems associated with intestinal allograft to successful clinical bowel transplantation. Rats are well known, economically cheep, and easy for handing experimental aminal. A technique of Rat bowel transplantation with modification of original Monchik and Russel´s model is presented, which could give a easy way for absorption function study of the graft, detection of the graft rejection, and an acceptable operative c)mplication rate.
